Coach De Wayne Roberts is an accomplished professional fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience in the field. With a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, Coach Roberts transitioned into the role of athletic coach, where he discovered his passion for fitness. Specializing in strength and conditioning, weight loss, competitive fitness competitions (including bodybuilding), and nutrition, Coach Roberts has established himself as a versatile and knowledgeable expert in the industry. Beyond his work in traditional fitness realms, Coach Roberts has also dedicated a decade to assisting senior citizens with Alzheimer’s at an Assisted Living Facility, aiding them in memory retention and mobility improvement. With a notable track record, Coach Roberts has competed in seven fitness competitions, culminating in a victory at the NPC Men’s Physique National Competition in 2020, where he claimed 1st Place and earned his IFBB Pro Card.

If a group setting is preferred, join us for our signature SWEAT circuit training class every morning, as well as Sunrise Yoga on the weekend.
