OWNER BLACKOUT DATES
Owner reservations are processed Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Due to hotel availability, we are unable to accept owner reservations for the following dates:

May 2, 3, & 4

2025 BLACKOUT DATES

*Additional Black Out Dates may apply beyond listed dates above. Reservations requested within 90 days of arrival date may be declined. Please book in advance. Also kindly note we are experiencing extremely high occupancy/sell outs during weekends.

New Housekeeping Service Rates effective as of Monday, January 15th are provided below, as well rollaway beds now being offered to Owner’s Guests at $60 per day. The frequency of Daily service being received will no longer change the rate at which the Departure Housekeeping Service will be charged.

Also note third party rental guests will no longer be granted complimentary parking as of January 15, 2023. Check out fees are applicable regardless of the number of days of cleaning received.

We recommend directing any questions related to reservations to our Owner Services Concierges Desk which is available daily from 7:00AM to 7:00PM at (305) 535-3299 or to the Condo-Hotel Operations Department at (305) 538-2000 extensions 3441/1643/1645 Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
